Introduction
PsyAsia International is pleased to develop and offer freely this series of mini-presentations/mini-seminars in some important aspects of psychometric assessment. The presentations are short typically (under 10 minutes) and have been designed for those with no knowledge of psychometric assessment. Each presentation includes slides and narration from Psychologist Vincent Wong.
We come across professionals on a daily basis who know nothing about psychometric tests and don't realise the potential mistakes they or their organisation might be making by using tests incorrectly. This series addresses the most common FAQs that we come across in our work.
