  • *FREE SEMINAR*

    Introduction
A free seminar which was presented in Hong Kong in June 2008 by Scott Ruhfus, MD Saville Consulting Asia Pacific.  Provides information about the development, validation and benefits of the Saville Consulting Wave.

Scott Rufhus, Director of Saville Consulting Asia Pacific, gave an exciting seminar presentation as part of PsyAsia’s themed seminar series. Attendees were introduced to the astounding research results which compare the Saville Consulting Wave and Focus assessments with other personality assessments. Scott demonstrated that both the Wave and the shorter (75 questions) Focus tools were superior predictors of job performance when compared with a range of tests including the OPQ32, 16PF, 15FQ+, HPI and DISC. Scott concluded that whilst the findings are groundbreaking, they are to be expected. The Saville Consulting range is new, developed by the world renowned authority in this field, with questions especially written for our global and IT age, yet based on proven models of personality. Competitor questionnaires developed often 20 or more years ago, whilst providing a level of comfort and familiarity to the user, can be compared with using a transistor radio rather than a flat screen TV, they may have been useful in the past, but may not provide the level and detail of information that is needed for assessment and prediction in the 21st century.
