Saville Consulting Wave® Professional Styles measures motives, talents, preferred culture and competency potential in one dynamic online questionnaire. This comprehensive global questionnaire measures the 4 clusters, 12 sections, 36 dimensions and 108 facets of the Wave hierarchical model. Average completion time is 40 minutes.

The Saville Consulting Wave® Professional Styles development program specifically focused on creating leading edge assessments. The development approach selected items based on their measurement of work competencies and overall measures of performance and potential.

Saville Wave Questionnaire

There are currently two internet alternatives for Saville Consulting Wave Professional Styles:
Online, invited access, which can be used unsupervised.
Online, supervised access which is also available in hard copy.
The supervised version can be compared to results from "invited access" and unsupervised administrations as appropriate.

 
 
A short version of the Saville Consulting Wave questionnaire is also available. Saville Consulting Wave® Focus Styles also measures motives, talents, preferred culture and competency potential in one dynamic online questionnaire. This short, 13 minute questionnaire very powerfully provides 80% of the validity of Wave Professional Styles.

The Saville Consulting Focus Styles development programme selected the most important facets from Wave Professional Styles based on their measurement of work competencies and overall measures of performance and potential.

In the recent 2008 co-validation study, Wave Focus demonstrated the highest validity per minute of all the questionnaires included. It offers remarkable “horsepower” and slots very easily into tightly scheduled assessment and development events.

It is frequently used at the front end of selection schedules and to drive team building workshops and management development events.

For increased security, the questionnaire is available to be sent out across the internet in Invited Access format, but also provides the reassurance of a separate Supervised Access format which is completed in the presence of a Test administrator.
