Qualifications Required


In order to use Saville Consulting Wave competently, you must be appropriately trained. To be a qualified user for this tool, you need to have undergone either a Saville Consulting Wave training program or our Psychometric Assessment at Work Course or hold the BPS Level B certificate, and then undergo a one day conversion course or a distance learning conversion course. Please contact us for more details.

If you do not currently hold the BPS Level A/B certificates, you may prefer to attend our Psychometric Assessment at Work course to gain this international qualification and subsequently use Saville Consulting Wave by attending a one-day conversion or taking the distance learning course.

Saville Consulting Wave® Professional Styles
Saville Consulting Wave® Professional Styles is designed for use with experienced managers, directors and professionals on either an individual or group basis. This questionnaire measures motivation, talent and preferred culture. It adds value to both recruitment and development, transforming the quality of the assessment process with the sophisticated use of technology and powerful models of effectiveness in the workplace.

This version of Saville Consulting Wave produces profiles that combine both ipsative and normative scores, across 36 dimensions, in a recommended administration time of approximately 35 minutes.

Saville Consulting Wave Work Styles is a separate questionnaire designed for use with new graduates and a wide range of employees across sectors.

A new short Saville Consulting Wave® questionnaire is also available - Saville Consulting Wave Focus. Wave Focus is a third of the length of Professional Styles. It takes just 15 minutes to complete and includes all the unique features of Saville Consulting Wave Professional Styles:-

Saville Consulting Wave provides measures which efficiently assess individual motives, talents and workplace culture in a single questionnaire.

The new short questionnaire is based on the most important facets of the highly valid Saville Consulting Wave Model (as used in the Professional Styles questionnaires) to create a questionnaire that is both short and a strong indicator of performance and potential at work.

For increased security, the questionnaire is available to be sent out across the internet in Invited Access format, but also provides the reassurance of a separate Supervised Access format which is completed in the presence of a Test administrator.
