| In order to purchase your hard-copy course completion
certificate you must have obtained a grade of 75-80% (depending on course)
in at least one of the first two end of course assessments that you took
(note some courses only allow one exam attempt!). If you have not achieved
this grade and continue to order your certificate, no certificate will
be issued and no refund will be given. We will however keep your payment
in credit and issue a certificate if you achieve the requirements within
the terms and conditions of our training course within a period of 1 month
of receiving your payment. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PAID COURSES ISSUE FREE
SOFT-COPY CERTIFICATES. Free courses do not offer free soft certificates
so the only option for free course registrants who would like a certificate
is to pay for the hard-copy certificate. |

that you provide PayPal with the same email address as you gave us at
our Online Learning Centre so that we can identify your payment. If you
have any problems or queries, kindly contact our Online Learning Department.
Your certificate will be issued within 7 days and sent by registered airmail.
Please allow 7-14 days or sometimes slightly longer depending where you
are in the world. The name on the certificate and the address that we
send it to will be taken from those you have provided at our Online Learning
Centre. If these are incorrect, you should change them before you order.
You will need to pay again if you require a duplicate certificate as a
result of you providing incorrect details. |
